Bellwyck Packaging Solutions is showcasing multiple packaging innovations at its Luxe Pack booth including clear-view lamination, scented beads, and piler-resistant and two-in-one boxes.

Unlike conventional windowing, which is traditionally for the mass market, Bellwyck’s clear-view lamination gives packaging a premium appearance. It Utilizes a specific lamination material and process to cover apertures of any shape and in any position on the cartons or gift sets.

In reponse to retailer’s theft concerns, the company is offering pilfer-resistant boxes. The boxes are a blend of special lamination and specifically formulated adhesive, thus making the package difficult to open, encouraging the intruders to give up on the idea.

Bellwyck’s made-to-order scented beads are produced via a patented encapsulation process using your own essential oils. They are then converted into a press-ready coating which is applied inline and in-house allowing for a cost-effective sampling program.

Bellwyck’s two-in-one boxes are designed to reduce development time, cost of shipping multiple components, reduce inventory control and space, and reduce administration costs such as purchase orders and Invoices. The boxes also eliminate the actual liner cost as well as the labor intensive liner forming and inserting costs to insert the conventional liner into the folding carton.
